1. Digital Product License
When you purchase a Template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the code for personal or commercial projects. You may NOT resell the template as a standalone product.
2. SaaS Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. Access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refunds & Returns
Due to the digital nature of Templates, all sales are final once the download link is provided. For SaaS, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service does not function as described.
4. No Warranties
Software is provided "as is." While I strive for 100% uptime and bug-free code, I am not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
5. Custom Work
All custom development is governed by a separate "Statement of Work" that outlines project scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. This document will be provided and signed before any custom work begins.
6. Intellectual Property
All products, including templates, SaaS applications, and custom work, remain the intellectual property of Atelier unless explicitly transferred in writing. Your license grants you usage rights but not ownership of the underlying code or design assets.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Atelier be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
